How to monitor a hashtag with SocialBro
SocialBro let us identify who are tweeting about a theme identified by a hashtag or any word and save the users in a source to manage and come up with stats.
To do this, we just press “Monitor a Hashtag” on the dashboard or press “Add new Source” on the sources menu and select the option “Twitter Search”. In the dialogue, just enter the word to monitor, in this case: #socialmedia and that’s all. SocialBro will synchronize last users who tweeted the #socialmedia. To have more data about the hashtag just press synchronize whenever you want and your source will get increased.
TIP: To get detailed insights about who are tweeting a hashtag, click on “Insights”, on the Tools menu.
